Job Summary We are seeking experienced Registered Nurses to provide clinical oversight and nursing leadership at our residential program serving individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. This role is designed to strengthen medication safety, ensure high-quality nursing care, provide clinical support to AMAP-certified staff, and promote regulatory compliance. Each RN will be paired with an assigned AMAP during the shift to provide clinical oversight, education, mentoring, and competency validation while ensuring safe medication administration and implementation of physician orders . Evening RN (3:00 PM - 11:00 PM) Primary responsibilities include: Perform nursing assessments and monitor individuals for changes in condition. Work directly alongside the assigned AMAP during the evening medication pass to ensure medications are administered safely and accurately. Administer oral medications, PEG tube medications, enteral feedings, and other skilled nursing interventions as clinically indicated. Assess individuals at risk for skin breakdown and implement appropriate nursing interventions. Provide real-time coaching, education, and competency validation for AMAP-certified staff. Assist with AMAP medication certification, recertification, medication pours, and competency evaluations. Respond to acute medical concerns and communicate with physicians and the interdisciplinary team as needed. Complete nursing documentation and ensure physician orders are implemented accurately.

$42.00 - $45.00 per hour
