Oneonta, NY Oneonta Job Corps RN Occupational Health start date: 10/26 length: 4 weeks (extension possible) M-F 7a-4p $52.00 hourly Participate in the medical examination of students. Specimen (blood and urine) collection as needed Screen patients and refer them to Center Physician, Health and Wellness Manager and/or the Center Mental Health. Observe, records and reports patients' vital signs, symptoms and behavior. Perform first aid treatment as needed. Assist the physician with the patient examination; prepare patients for tests and the examination. Provide guidance for students in matters of personal hygiene. Prepare and administer prescribed medications as directed. Maintain medical equipment and inventory of supplies and medications. Maintain accurate medical records. Promote projects that support health and safety throughout the Center. Review and assist with student files as directed by the Center Director.

Pay:

$50.00 - $52.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
