Certification Primary care ACLS Certification Basic life support Full Job Description Nurse Practitioner — Cardiovascular Practice New York Heart and Vascular Care is seeking a motivated Nurse Practitioner to join our growing cardiovascular practice. Position Highlights Outpatient cardiovascular practice Primary locations: Ocean Avenue, Brooklyn Ozone Park, Queens Focus on cardiac and vascular disease management Supportive physician-led environment Opportunity to grow in cardiology and vascular medicine Preferred Candidate New York State licensed Nurse Practitioner Background or strong interest in cardiovascular disease preferred One to three years of cardiology or cardiovascular experience preferred New graduates are encouraged to apply Strong communication and documentation skills Reliable, professional, and comfortable working in a busy outpatient setting Responsibilities Evaluate and follow patients with cardiovascular conditions Assist with medication management and test review Provide patient education and follow-up care Coordinate care with physicians and office staff Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation Compensation Expected salary range: $115,000 to $145,000 annually , based on experience Higher compensation may be considered for candidates with meaningful cardiology experience and the ability to work independently
