Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Pediatric Nurse Practitioner for an engaging 100-day assignment starting Jun 1, 2026, in New York. This role involves providing comprehensive outpatient pediatric care, including well visits and sick visits, across flexible shifts that cover both day and evening hours. You will join a well-established practice known for its supportive environment and strong patient demand, where you will be equipped with dedicated support staff. Responsibilities and Duties Provide comprehensive outpatient pediatric care, including wellness visits, sick visits, follow-ups, and physicals. Manage a patient load averaging 30-40 patients per day, with peak volumes up to 45. Work collaboratively within a structured environment, supported by a dedicated scribe, Medical Assistant, or triage nurse. Focus on direct patient interaction, with administrative tasks streamlined by support staff. Opportunity to utilize advanced skills such as suturing or splinting, if possessed, though not required. Deliver care across varied shifts, including 9 AM to 5 PM for well visits and 1 PM to 9 PM for sick visits, with potential for evening shifts until midnight.
