Job Description
We are seeking a reliable and professional individual to provide part-time support services to a college-aged adult enrolled in New York State self-directed services. The individual is academically motivated and interested in music, theater, sports, gaming, and community involvement. Responsibilities Support community habilitation focused on social skills, independent living skills, and community integration Assist with participation in recreational, educational, and social activities Support relationship-building and peer engagement Provide transportation for community-based activities, including occasional travel Coordinate with the individual's support team and provide some services virtually as appropriate The individual lives independently in a campus setting during the academic year and does not require in-home supervision. Schedule Part-time, flexible weekday hours starting around 8-10 AM. Weekend hours may be available. Compensation Competitive pay, staff activity fees, and mileage reimbursement at the maximum federal rate. Qualifications GED or higher education Meets agency driver requirements
