Job Details Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the below: Serves as a consultant/resource to nursing staff in interpreting policy/procedure standards and evidence-based practices of nursing care. Clinical oversight and safe development of the new hires and assist with the transition of the newly licensed graduates into nursing practice. Meets regularly with orientees and preceptors. Confers with Director of Nursing Education regarding the competency of new hires. Provides teaching instructions to staff members while assessing and evaluating staff competency. Participates in the planning and analysis of educational programs based on evidence
  • based standards and guidelines to meet the needs of nursing staff members.
Collaborates with the health care team to provide safe and high quality patient care
Requirments:
Graduate of an accredited school of nursing (BSN). Masters in Nursing preferred (APRN
  • Nurse Practitioner or Nurse Educator). NYS RN License required. Excellent communication skills
  • verbal and written. Ability to relate effectively to patients, families, and staff. Demonstrates and promotes service excellence at all times. Current ACLS and BLS required. Posted Salary Range USD $55.46

32 /Hr. This range serves as a good faith estimate and actual pay will encompass a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience.
