Med-Surg Step-Down RN - Nights (7p-7a) 12-Hour Shifts | Adult & Geriatric Patients We're seeking a skilled Med-Surg Step-Down RN to join a fast-paced, patient-focused team on night shift !
Requirements:
1-2 years Step-Down or Telemetry experience Active RN License
BLS, ACLS & NIHSS
certifications required
Role Highlights:
Care for adult & geriatric patients 6:1 patient ratio Utilize EMR systems: Paragon & Pyxis Deliver high-quality, patient-centered care in a dynamic unit
Pay Details:
