Per Diem Registered Nurse (RN) Home Care Assessments

Overview We are seeking experienced Registered Nurses to perform in-home patient assessments across our service area. This is a per diem, fee-for-service role that offers full flexibility. There are no minimum hours, so you can accept visits based on your availability. This role is ideal for nurses who want to supplement their income while maintaining clinical work in the field. Responsibilities Perform comprehensive in-home nursing assessments including initial evaluations, reassessments, and PRN visits Evaluate patients' physical, cognitive, and psychosocial status Review medications and identify safety and fall risks Complete and submit clinical documentation within: 48 hours for initial assessments and PRN visits 5 days for reassessments Communicate findings with physicians and care team as needed Requirements Active, unencumbered RN license in the state of practice Minimum 1 year of nursing experience Home care or case management experience preferred Valid driver's license, reliable vehicle, and current auto insurance Ability to work independently and manage your own schedule Strong clinical documentation skills What We Offer Competitive pay Flexible scheduling with no minimum visit requirements Weekly direct deposit Support from an experienced clinical team Morning, evening, and weekend opportunities available This is a 1099 independent contractor position.
