Med/Surg/Telemetry Registered Nurse Shift - Day Shift with every other weekend and holidays Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and compassionate Med/Surg/Telemetry Registered Nurse (RN) to join our vibrant healthcare team. In this role, you will provide high-quality patient care across medical-surgical and telemetry units, ensuring optimal recovery and comfort for diverse patient populations. Your expertise will support critical monitoring, medication administration, and comprehensive assessments, all while fostering a positive healing environment. Duties Deliver expert nursing care to patients in medical-surgical and telemetry units, including vital signs assessment, physical examinations, and ongoing patient monitoring Administer medications, including IV infusions and injections, following precise protocols and safety standards Utilize electronic health record systems to document patient care accurately and efficiently Conduct diagnostic evaluations, assist with procedures like catheterization, suturing, and ventilator management Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams on discharge planning, case management, and coordination of post-acute care services Perform patient assessments for acute pain management, infection control, and trauma medicine needs Maintain strict adherence to HIPAA regulations to protect patient confidentiality and ensure compliance with healthcare standards Requirements At least 2 years of RN experience.
