Qualifications:
Active and unencumbered RN license At least 1-2 years of recent hands-on experience in a Level II or Level
III NICU
setting Basic Life Support (BLS) and Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certification Strong assessment, multitasking, and critical thinking abilities Excellent communication and collaborative skills
Responsibilities:
Deliver comprehensive care to neonates requiring intensive monitoring and support Assess, plan, and implement individualized nursing interventions Collaborate with neonatologists and interdisciplinary teams to achieve optimal patient outcomes Educate and support families, guiding them through the NICU experience Respond promptly and effectively to emergencies and shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment
