Wellness Centered is seeking compassionate and skilled Registered Nurses (RN) to support our growing Direct Primary Care, Medical Weight Loss and IV Wellness Therapy Programs. This role is perfect for a nurse who values a holistic, patient-centered approach to care and enjoys helping individuals achieve their health and wellness goals. As an integral member of our clinical team, the RN will be responsible for administering IV and vitamin therapies, supporting patients in our weight loss program, and contributing to our wellness-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Medical Weight Loss Program:

Administer weight loss injections in accordance with provider protocols. Conduct patient check-ins and monitor progress. Provide patient education, support, and motivation. Track and report any side effects or concerns to the provider.

IV Wellness Therapy:

Administer IV vitamin infusions and vitamin injections safely and effectively. Monitor patients during and after IV treatments for any adverse reactions. Maintain a calm, comfortable, and professional infusion environment. Educate patients about IV therapy options and wellness benefits. General Clinical Support (as needed): Assist in basic primary care services. Maintain accurate electronic health records and documentation. Follow medical protocols, infection control standards, and safety procedures. Contribute to a warm and welcoming space that fosters healing and trust.

Qualifications & Requirements:

Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in New York State. Experience with IV therapy and injections required. Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a friendly, team-based approach. Comfortable working in a dynamic, holistic, wellness-driven setting. Interest in integrative and preventative care is a plus. Basic Life Support (BLS) certification; Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification is a plus.
