Must be able to respond within 30 minutes Position Overview We are seeking an experienced OR RN to join a surgical team in Watertown, New York. This opportunity is ideal for a confident and clinically skilled Registered Nurse who is comfortable working in an operating room/ambulatory surgery setting and can provide safe, high-quality patient care in a fast-paced environment. Qualifications Graduate from an accredited School of Nursing Current New York State RN license BLS required ACLS preferred OR/ASU experience strongly preferred Preceptorship, charge, and leadership experience preferred Strong knowledge of nursing principles and patient care practices Ability to prioritize, delegate, and work effectively under pressure Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills Knowledge of clinical equipment and instrumentation used in an OR/ASU setting Ability to recognize and respond appropriately to safety concerns Lethal dysrhythmia interpretation skills Willingness to assume charge nurse responsibilities when required Why Consider This Opportunity?
