QA Nurse - Home Care If you are a QAPI Nurse, Nurse Educator, Clinical Supervisor, Clinical Manager, or Patient Care Manager with Home Health (CHHA) or Private Duty Home Care (LHCSA) experience then you need to read on…. QA Nurse Opportunity Description Our client is a well-established Licensed Home Care Services Agency / LHCSA based in Rockland Co, NY. They are looking to add a QA Nurse to help oversee their quality and staff education initiatives. This is a hybrid in-office position that will require visits to other sites in the Lower Hudson Valley area. A Registered Nurse is required with strong clinical quality and training/staff development experience. Home Health (CHHA) or Private Duty Home Care (LHCSA) experience is strongly preferred. Those with Long Term Care (LTC) Managed care experience may be considered. QA Nurse Requirements Home Health (CHHA) or Private Duty Home Care (LHCSA) quality & staff education experience. Registered Nurse with NY license. Knowledge of NY Medicaid programs including NHTD or TBI Waiver Program, and UAS documentation preferred. CHAP experience a plus. QA Nurse Responsibilities Review documentation for quality and compliance. Participate in surveys, survey readiness & audits. Visit other sites to review quality measures and educate teams. Train and orient nurses and aides. The compensation scale listed is a general salary range and is not intended to represent the actual annual or hourly compensation rate for this role.
