37.5 Hours per Week 5 Days per Week 9:00 AM

• 5:00 PM Every other weekend coverage required

Position Overview:

Navitas Healthcare, LLC is seeking an RN

• Adult Care for a Travel or Local assignment in New York, NY.

The RN will provide comprehensive adult patient care in both bedside and home care settings.

Responsibilities:

Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans Provide bedside nursing care for pre

• and post-surgery patients Administer medications and maintain accurate documentation Perform wound care, infection control, and dressing changes Insert catheters and initiate IV therapy Monitor vital signs and report any adverse reactions Assist with discharge planning Educate patients and families regarding care and recovery Maintain accurate patient records and documentation

Requirements:

Minimum 2 years Med/Surg experience (acute or post-acute, recent within 1 year) Experience in home care required (travel to patient homes) Active New York State RN License required BLS (AHA) certification required Associate Degree in Nursing required For more details contact at or Call / Text at 516-862-1169.
