• 3,000 weekly) based on experience Position Summary We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN)
• Nurse Educator for a 13-week assignment in New York, NY.

The Nurse Educator will support staff development, clinical education, and training initiatives while promoting high-quality patient care and evidence-based nursing practices. The ideal candidate will have a strong clinical background in perioperative and Med/Surg nursing along with experience educating and supporting nursing staff in an acute care environment. Responsibilities Develop and implement educational programs and training initiatives for nursing staff Support onboarding, orientation, and ongoing clinical competency development Provide staff education related to nursing standards, patient safety, and best practices Collaborate with nursing leadership to identify educational needs and performance improvement opportunities Serve as a clinical resource and mentor for nursing staff Maintain compliance with facility policies, regulatory standards, and evidence-based practices Assist with competency assessments, continuing education, and skills validation Promote professional development and quality patient care initiatives Maintain accurate educational records and documentation Requirements Education Associate Degree in Nursing (ASN/ADN) from an accredited Nursing Program required Master's Degree in Education required Certifications & Licensure Active New York State RN License required Primary Source Verification from NYS Department of Education (NYSED) required Current AHA BLS Certification required Experience Minimum two (2) years of Med/Surg nursing experience required Minimum two (2) years of Perioperative (Periop) background required Strong clinical and educational background preferred Preferred Qualifications Excellent communication and leadership skills Strong organizational and teaching abilities Experience in staff development and clinical education programs Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced healthcare environment For more details reach at or Call / Text at 732-791-4827.
