DaVita is seeking passionate New Grad RNs to provide critical dialysis care in a hospital and other acute care settings for patients with end-stage renal disease and chronic kidney conditions. This is a highly collaborative role where you'll work directly with patients in the ICU, CCU, ED, and other acute care units. You don't need prior hospital or dialysis experience-we provide the comprehensive training and mentorship you need to confidently start your nursing journey.

Be trained to deliver inpatient dialysis therapies, including hemodialysis, peritoneal dialysis, CRRT, and apheresis.

Absolutely no dialysis experience required. We provide an extensive, paid training program tailored to new nurses to ensure you feel prepared and supported before you practice independently.

Work in a variety of hospital units and rotate between local partner facilities as needed.

Schedule includes regular and on-call shifts, including weekends and holidays, to support 24/7 patient needs.

Requirements:

New Nursing Graduates Welcome! (No prior clinical nursing experience required) Current RN license in the state of practice (or scheduled to take the NCLEX soon) Associate's Degree in Nursing (ADN) required; BSN preferred Must pass a color vision test (accommodations available)
