RN (Registered Nurse) PRN- Nightshift Join our team at Sunrise Manor & Convalescent Center in Amelia, Ohio! About the RN Role As an RN at Sunrise Manor, you will be responsible for providing safe, effective, and compassionate nursing care to our residents from admission through discharge. You will work collaboratively with the physician, family, and interdisciplinary care team to develop and implement individualized care plans. Key Responsibilities Providing direct nursing care in accordance with the resident's plan of care, including medication administration, assessments, wound care, and accurate documentation Supervising day-to-day nursing activities performed by Nursing Assistants/STNAs Monitoring residents' conditions, promptly recognizing changes, and notifying the physician and appropriate team members Promoting a positive, respectful, and resident-focused environment Qualifications Current, unencumbered Ohio RN (Registered Nurse) license or multi-state license Nursing degree from an accredited nursing program or college/university Current CPR certification Previous experience in long-term care, skilled nursing, or a similar setting preferred Skills and Qualities Strong knowledge of nursing and medical practices, as well as state, federal, and regulatory requirements related to long-term care Excellent written and verbal communication skills and sound clinical judgment Ability to work collaboratively with an interdisciplinary team, residents, and families Strong organization, time-management, and prioritization skills Compassionate, patient, and dedicated to providing high-quality resident care Join our team at Sunrise Manor & Convalescent Center!
