Avon Place is seeking a Night Shift Registered Nurse Supervisor (RN) to join their team! Job Overview We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse's to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality patient care, support families, and work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals. This role requires strong clinical skills, a commitment to patient advocacy, and the ability to handle various healthcare situations with professionalism and empathy. Duties Assess and monitor patients' health status, including vital signs and medical history. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians. Provide education and support to patients and their families regarding health management. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care. Maintain accurate patient records using electronic health record systems such as point click care. Uphold aseptic techniques in all nursing procedures to prevent infections. Offer specialized care in areas such as infant care, dementia care, and behavioral health as needed. Skills Proficient in aseptic technique to ensure patient safety during procedures. Experience in health coaching to promote wellness among patients. Familiarity with nursing home environments and elder care practices. Competence in dementia care strategies for managing cognitive impairments. Solid understanding of physiology to inform patient assessments and interventions.
