Maintain accurate patient records using electronic health record systems such as point click care. Uphold aseptic techniques in all nursing procedures to prevent infections. Offer specialized care in areas such as infant care, dementia care, and behavioral health as needed. Skills Proficient in aseptic technique to ensure patient safety during procedures. Experience in health coaching to promote wellness among patients. Familiarity with nursing home environments and elder care practices. Competence in dementia care strategies for managing cognitive impairments. Solid understanding of physiology to inform patient assessments and interventions.
