Our team works together to ensure residents receive the care, comfort, dignity, and attention they deserve. PRN team members may be called upon to assist with staffing needs, cover open shifts, and provide additional support to our nursing team. STNA Responsibilities Provide direct personal care to residents under the direction of licensed nursing staff. Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility. Assist with meals and provide feeding assistance as needed. Monitor and report changes in residents' condition to the nursing staff. Provide care while maintaining each resident's dignity, privacy, and comfort. Assist with repositioning and maintaining skin integrity. Accurately document care provided. Follow all facility policies, procedures, and infection-control practices. Promote a positive and respectful environment for residents and coworkers. LPN Responsibilities Provide nursing care within the scope of the LPN license. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed. Monitor residents for changes in condition and report concerns appropriately. Assist with assessments, care planning, and implementation of individualized care plans. Provide and monitor skin and wound care. Communicate with physicians, families, nursing assistants, and other members of the interdisciplinary team. Accurately document resident care, medications, treatments, and changes in condition. Supervise and support nursing assistants. Advocate for residents while maintaining their dignity, comfort, and well-being. Follow all applicable state, federal, and facility regulations. RN Responsibilities Provide skilled nursing care and comprehensive resident assessments. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed. Monitor and manage skin integrity and wound care. Assess residents and identify changes in condition requiring intervention. Communicate with physicians, residents' families, and members of the interdisciplinary team. Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans as appropriate. Accurately document resident care and communicate changes in condition. Supervise and support nursing assistants and LPN staff as applicable. Ensure care is provided in accordance with physician orders, nursing standards, and applicable regulations. Advocate for residents and promote their dignity, comfort, safety, and quality of life.

Qualifications STNA:

Current Ohio STNA certification in good standing. Compassionate and dependable attitude. Ability to work effectively as part of a team. Previous long-term care experience preferred but not required.

LPN:

Current Ohio LPN license in good standing. Strong clinical and communication skills. Compassionate and dependable attitude. Long-term care experience preferred but not required.

RN:

Current Ohio RN license in good standing. Strong clinical assessment and critical-thinking skills. Excellent communication and teamwork abilities. Compassionate and dependable attitude. Long-term care experience preferred but not required.

Pay Range:

$16.00 - $39.00 per hour , based on position, licensure, and experience.
