The Surgical Hospital at Southwoods (Boardman, Ohio)
Schedule:
Part-Time | 25
Hours Per Week Shift Details:
Monday•Friday, 6:30 AM•3:00 PM (No weekends, no holidays!) Join Our Team Southwoods Health is seeking a dedicated Endoscopy RN to join our team at The Surgical Hospital at Southwoods. In this role, you will provide high-quality direct patient care within the endoscopy setting, including implementing care plans, delivering interventions, and managing medication administration. Essential Duties Patient Care:
Plan and deliver safe, effective care while monitoring patient conditions and carrying out ordered interventions.
Documentation:
Accurately record patient status, responses to treatment, and progress toward care goals.
Collaboration:
Work closely with the multidisciplinary team to ensure positive patient outcomes and experiences.
Compliance:
Maintain patient privacy (HIPAA) and ensure all practices comply with regulatory agencies (OSHA, ODH, TJC, etc.).
Efficiency:
Utilize resources appropriately to support cost-effective care.
Qualifications Licensure:
Active Ohio RN license.
Certifications:
BLS and ACLS (AHA required).
Education:
BSN preferred.
Experience:
Endoscopy experience is preferred.
Skills:
Strong critical thinking, leadership, and time management skills.
