is seeking a highly skilled and adaptable Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Post-Anesthesia Care Unit (PACU) team on a PRN basis. In this role, you will provide intensive, specialized care to patients recovering from general, regional, or local anesthesia. Because you will be managing patients transitioning immediately out of surgery, you must possess strong critical thinking skills, excellent clinical judgment, and the ability to act quickly in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Patient Assessment Anesthesia Recovery Pain & Symptom Management Collaboration & Communication Patient Discharge Documentation Skills & Competencies Exceptional assessment and critical-thinking skills in high-acuity situations. Deep understanding of anesthetic agents, phamacology, and post-op complications. Strong interpersonal skills to comfort anxious patients and communicate effectively with families. High degree of flexibility to accommodate the changing schedules and demands of a PRN role. #

$37.00 - $41.00 per hour
