Job Description

We are a patient-centered health system committed to promoting wellness and healing through expert care, hope, and community engagement.
Job Summary:
Full-time RN position (Dayshift 7a-7p) providing general nursing care in diverse acute settings. Responsible for assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care, delegating tasks per Ohio Nurse Practice Act, and participating in quality improvement activities.
Responsibilities include:
Initial and ongoing assessments (30%) Planning and documenting care based on diagnoses (30%) Implementing and evaluating interventions and outcomes (20%) Participating in process improvement and operational tasks (20%)
Qualifications:
