Qualifications:

Must hold an RN license in the state of Ohio. Associate or Bachelor's Degree in Nursing. One year of relevant experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience Working hours and compensation: Full-time positions available with various shifts, such as: MedSurg (Nights, 7pm-7:30am with rotating weekends and holidays), Sign-on bonus of $20,000 for a 2-year contract RN Emergency Department (Nights, 7pm-7:30am with rotating weekends and holidays) Sign-on bonus of $20,000 for a 2-year contract RN ICU (Nights, 7pm-7:30am with rotating weekends and holidays) Sign-on bonus of $20,000 for a 2-year contract RN Progressive Care Unit (PCU) (Nights, 7pm-7:30am with rotating weekends and holidays) Sign-on bonus of $20,000 for a 2-year contract Hourly rate ranging from $29 to $40, plus applicable shift differentials. Comprehensive benefits package, including potential sign-on bonuses for specific roles.

Responsibilities:

Deliver professional nursing care to assigned patients based on physicians' orders. Provide treatments, administer medications, and document patient progress and observations for their well-being. Coordinate patient care and participate in educating patients and their families. Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare team members to maintain standards and ensure quality patient outcomes. Offer general nursing care to patients.
