What You'll Do:
Provide compassionate, resident-centered nursing care Assess residents and monitor changes in condition Administer medications and treatments as ordered Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized plans of care Communicate with physicians, families, and the interdisciplinary team Supervise and support nursing staff as appropriate Complete accurate and timely documentation Promote resident safety, dignity, comfort, and quality of life We're Looking for an
RN Who:
Holds a current, valid RN license in the State of Ohio Current CPR certification. Is dependable, compassionate, and team-oriented Has strong communication and clinical skills Takes pride in providing exceptional resident care Knowledge and experience with PCC preferred. Must maintain all required continuing education/licensing. Must remain in good standing with the State Board of Nursing at all times. Is ready to bring a positive attitude and caring heart to the team!
