Qualifications:

Active and unencumbered RN license Previous experience in a Medical-Surgical unit preferred Proficiency in medication administration and patient assessment Strong critical thinking and organizational abilities Skilled communicator, both with patients and healthcare team members Ability to manage multiple patient assignments and adapt to changing priorities

Key Responsibilities:

Provide direct and individualized nursing care to Medical-Surgical patients Collaborate with physicians in developing patient care plans Monitor patient conditions, interpret data, and respond to changes swiftly Educate patients and families on care plans, medications, and recovery instructions Administer treatments, wound care, and medication accurately Maintain complete and accurate electronic health records Ensure compliance with facility protocols, safety policies, and infection control standards
