Flexible•Work as many or as few visits as your availability allows About the Role Spirit Homecare & Hospice is seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to provide patient-centered nursing care in patients' homes. Flexible Scheduling:

Responsibilities include:

Provide skilled nursing care following physician orders and established care plans Conduct assessments , including OASIS, to track patient progress Administer medications, wound care, and other prescribed treatments safely Educate patients and caregivers on medications, disease management, and home care Collaborate with therapists, social workers, and other care team members Document care and assessments accurately using EMR Participate in on-call rotations for evenings, weekends, and holidays as scheduled Qualifications Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Ohio (Compact license a plus) 1-2 years of nursing experience preferred ( Home Health experience highly valued ) Familiarity with EMR systems and ICD-10 coding preferred Strong clinical judgment, communication, and organizational skills Current CPR certification Reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and active auto insurance

Patients' homes

Ability to walk, lift, bend, and stand for extended periods

On-Call Availability:

Optional rotations for evenings, weekends, and holidays
