Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join the Float Pool team for an 8-week night shift assignment. The RN will provide high-quality, patient-centered care across various units while utilizing critical thinking, clinical expertise, and evidence-based practices. This role requires adaptability, strong communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced healthcare environment. Key Responsibilities Perform comprehensive physical, psychosocial, spiritual, and educational assessments. Identify actual and potential patient care needs and establish individualized care plans. Monitor patient conditions and promptly communicate significant changes to physicians and healthcare team members. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop, implement, and revise patient care plans. Required Qualifications Diploma in Nursing from an accredited program. Active Ohio RN License or Compact RN License. Current BLS Certification (American Heart Association). Strong clinical assessment, communication, and critical-thinking skills. Ability to work effectively in diverse clinical settings and adapt to changing patient care needs. Preferred Qualifications Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN).
