Skills Strong background in home care nursing with practical knowledge of patient-centered care delivery outside traditional clinical environments. Excellent teaching skills with experience in adult education and training & development methodologies Familiarity with HIPAA regulations and medical documentation standards to ensure compliance during training sessions Ability to adapt teaching strategies for learners at different skill levels while fostering an engaging learning environment.
