You will have both the opportunity to teach other healthcare professional and also utilize your skills so complete In home assessments and create plans of care to help our clients thrive at home. Duties Conduct hands-on training sessions covering essential topics such as patient care techniques, physiology, anatomy, medical terminology, HIPAA compliance, and medical documentation standards Promote a culture of continuous learning by supporting professional development initiatives aligned with nursing home experience, pediatrics, adult education principles, and other specialized areas. Effectively communicate with the office and clients to schedule and complete the in-home assessments. Skills Strong background in home care nursing with practical knowledge of patient-centered care delivery outside traditional clinical environments. Excellent teaching skills with experience in adult education and training & development methodologies Familiarity with HIPAA regulations and medical documentation standards to ensure compliance during training sessions Ability to adapt teaching strategies for learners at different skill levels while fostering an engaging learning environment.
