Join our Cleveland Heights Emergency Department!Primary Patient Population:
Acutely ill pediatric to adult patients Behavioral Health patient population Primary skills utilized/learned: Patient Assessments Patient Triage IV insertion, blood draws, Foley catheter insertion Time management, critical thinking, delegating Personnel RN will work with : Paramedics, Patient Care Nursing Assistants (PCNAs), Providers Number of beds on unit: 20 beds Awards or Recognitions the unit has received: Acute Stroke Ready MetroHealth offers industry-leading benefits, including tuition reimbursement, professional certification incentives, and medical/dental insurance. Graduate of an accredited school of professional nursing (or a program seeking accreditation). Current Registered Nurse licensure in the State of Ohio Current AHA BLS, ACLS or obtained within 90 days of hire. Current PALS certification or obtained within 6 months of hire. Current TNCC certification or obtained within 1 year of hire. PRN must possess current certifications upon hire.Preferred Qualifications:
