Desired Qualifications:
Active RN license in the state or compact eligibility At least two years of recent ICU nursing experience in an acute care setting BLS and ACLS certifications required Critical thinking, strong communication, and adaptability in high-stress situations Proficient in modern electronic medical record systems
Key Responsibilities:
Provide comprehensive nursing care to critically ill adult patients in the ICU Monitor, document, and assess patient status and progress Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary staff to ensure optimal outcomes Manage ventilators, infusions, and complex monitoring equipment Educate and support patients' families, advocating for patient needs
Schedule/Hours:
