What You'll Do:

Provide critical care to ICU patients with multisystem organ failure, respiratory failure, sepsis, COVID-19, post-cardiac arrest, DKA, liver and renal failure Monitor patient condition using telemetry and GE cardiac monitors Manage ventilators and externalized IV pumps, including NxStage CRRT when needed Perform specialized procedures such as continuous glucose monitoring and external IV pump management Document care accurately in EPIC system Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams for optimal patient outcomes Respond promptly to patient needs and emergency situations

What You Need:

Required:

Valid Ohio RN license Minimum of 2 years ICU experience in medical or surgical settings EPIC documentation proficiency Certifications in BCLS, ACLS, NIHSS, and AHA standards Skills in IV placement, ventilator management, telemetry monitoring
