Registered Nurse - Emergency Department (Full-Time) LiveWell Homecare Agency Columbus, OH Job Details Full-time 1 day ago Qualifications RN License BLS Certification Associate's degree Full Job Description This nursing position involves providing comprehensive care to patients and families across the health-illness spectrum in diverse settings, collaborating with the healthcare team, and practicing according to state regulations. Responsibilities include performing initial and ongoing assessments (30%), planning and documenting nursing interventions to meet patient needs (30%), evaluating responses and adjusting care plans (20%), participating in process improvement for quality, safety, and satisfaction (10%), and supporting operational efficiency (10%). Focus on safety, quality, and efficiency as part of a High Reliability Organization.
Minimum qualifications:
Associate's Degree, RN license, and Basic Life Support certification. Work shifts are day hours, with 36 hours per week in the Emergency Department.
