Job Summary:

Provides general nursing care in diverse, acute healthcare settings, working 24/7. The RN practices per Ohio Board standards, delegating tasks appropriately, and assesses, plans, implements, and evaluates patient care.

Responsibilities:

Conducts health assessments (30%), develops care plans (30%), implements and evaluates interventions (20%), participates in process improvements (10%), and contributes to operations (10%) within a safety-focused, high-reliability environment.

Qualifications:

Associate's Degree in Nursing, BLS certification, and at least 2 years of hospital RN experience, preferably in Pre/Post, Endoscopy, or Critical Care. Must commit to call responsibilities.

Schedule:
