Position Overview The Telehealth Nurse Practitioner supports SEV's national clinical operations by conducting remote medical clearance evaluations for aesthetic treatments. This role is responsible for assessing client eligibility, performing Good Faith Evaluations (GFEs), and documenting outcomes in accordance with state regulations and SEV clinical protocols. This position plays a key role in ensuring safe, consistent, and scalable medical oversight across SEV locations.
Requirements Schedule:
12-15 hours per week
Schedule Requirements:
Every Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday from 1:00pm - 5:00pm ET; Every other Saturday from 1:00pm - 5:00pm
ET Experience Requirements:
Must have prior aesthetic medicine experience
License Requirements:
Must hold active NP licenses in Ohio and Pennsylvania, and hold a MINIMUM of one (1) of the following state licenses: FL, GA, MA, MD, NY, and VA. Key Responsibilities Conduct telehealth medical clearance evaluations in accordance with SEV protocols and state regulations Perform Good Faith Evaluations (GFEs) and assess client eligibility for treatment Maintain availability during assigned coverage hours to support clinic operations Complete evaluations within required service timeframes Document all evaluations accurately and compliantly within SEV systems Escalate complex or high-risk cases to clinical leadership when appropriate Provide coverage across assigned locations and maintain familiarity with state-specific requirements Collaborate with Operations, Clinical, and Compliance teams to support alignment and workflow improvement Qualifications & Capabilities Must hold active Nurse Practitioner licenses in Ohio and Pennsylvania, and hold a MINIMUM of one (1) of the following state licenses: FL, GA, MA, MD, NY, and VA. Willingness to obtain additional state licenses as needed (supported by SEV) Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience preferred Experience with telehealth, chart review, or medical oversight Familiarity with aesthetic or dermatology environments preferred Strong clinical judgment and attention to detail Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, remote environment Strong documentation practices and understanding of compliance standards Proficiency with technology and telehealth platforms Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) Clinical Compliance 100% compliance with state medical clearance regulations Accurate and complete clinical documentation for all telehealth evaluations Operational Timeliness Telehealth evaluations completed within defined service timeframes Minimal delays impacting clinic treatment schedules Coverage Reliability Consistent availability during scheduled coverage hours Reliable support for SEV locations Clinical Quality Clear documentation of client eligibility determinations Appropriate escalation of complex or high-risk cases By ensuring each client is evaluated safely and compliantly prior to treatment, Telehealth Providers support the operational consistency, regulatory integrity, and client safety standards that enable SEV to scale its national platform responsibly. The pay range for this role is: 60 - 60 USD per hour(Remote (United States))
