Full Job Description Job Opportunity:

RN

•Surgical ICU Stepdown in Dover, Ohio, for a 13-week temporary contract at an IDR facility. Coordinate comprehensive nursing care for adult and geriatric patients in a surgical ICU stepdown setting. Participate in patient and family education to promote understanding and recovery. Provide leadership by collaborating with nursing staff and interdisciplinary team members. Maintain professional nursing standards within the clinical environment. Require 2+ years of experience in surgical ICU stepdown and preferred travel healthcare background. Must hold an Ohio state license, current BLS certification, and possess strong clinical skills. Reliable transportation is necessary for travel assignments. Schedule involves 36 hours per week with 13-hour shifts, starting July 21, 2025. Competitive monthly pay of $8,480, with travel and housing provided. Additional benefits include health insurance, 401(k) matching, professional development, and flexible scheduling. All compliance requirements, including background check and drug screening, must be completed within 5 days of offer acceptance.
