HAVE PERM OHIO LICENSE OR COMPACT STATE IN

HAND, AHA or American Red Cross

BLS & ACLS

required, Recent (within the last 6 months) Epic charting experience, must work at least every other holiday, ECG rhythm recognition test and safeMedicate will be completed during orientation, an acceptable score on both assessments is required.

Responsibilities:

Provide high-quality medical-surgical telemetry nursing care to adult patients. Follow infection control procedures and adhere to hospital policies. Document patient conditions accurately using Epic charting system. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
