Part-Time (24hrs/week) | 2x 12-hour shifts | 7PM - 7:30

Inpatient/Post-Surgical Orthopedics What Youll Do:
Provides direct, evidence-based nursing care to post-surgical orthopedic, pain management and plastics patients within an inpatient, outpatient and surgical setting.

Responsible for comprehensive patient assessment, implementation of individualized care plans, management of post-operative needs, and support of early mobility and rehabilitation goals.

Collaborates with an interdisciplinary team to ensure safe, high-quality patient outcomes in accordance with organizational policies, regulatory standards, and clinical best practices.
What Were Looking For:
Education:
ADN/ASN or BSN RequiredExperience:
1-2 years of acute care experience, with preferred experience in orthopedic, surgical, or post-operative inpatient willing to train.
Skills:
Strong knowledge of musculoskeletal anatomy and physiology. Excellent assessment skills, particularly in neurovascular monitoring. High proficiency in patient education and communication. Demonstrated empathy, compassion, and a focus on patient-centered care. Physical stamina to assist with patient mobility, transferring, and repositioning.
License/Certifications:
Current Ohio RN (Registered Nurse) License, BLS (required within 1 month of hire), ACLS/Orthopedic Nurse Certification preferred.
