Blanchard Valley Health System is seeking a Pediatric Nurse Practitioner (PNP) to join our outpatient specialty team at Wellness Park in Findlay, NW Ohio. Position Highlights

REQUIREMENT

Minimum of 2 years of pediatrics experience Collaborative care model working closely with pediatricians and primary care physicians Average volume 25 patients per day Shared office phone call: 1:3 rotation Hospitalist group manages all inpatient admissions Cerner EMR, AI-assisted charting No hospital call, "light" phone call 1:3 Compensation & Benefits (40 hours/week)

Base Salary:

$120,000

• $130,000 (based on experience) Includes 200 hours vacation/CME time wRVU Productivity Bonus (no cap): Estimated $10,000
• $20,000+ annually CME /

Board Certification Allowance:
