25-30 points/week Position Overview We are seeking an experienced Travel Registered Nurse (RN) to provide skilled home health services primarily throughout Athens and Meigs Counties , with coverage in Gallia County as needed. Key Responsibilities Complete comprehensive OASIS assessments and required documentation. Perform Admissions/Start of Care and Resumption of Care visits. Complete Recertifications and Discharges . Provide routine skilled nursing visits in patients' homes. Perform and manage wound care , including Wound VAC care. Provide PICC line care and related skilled nursing services. Coordinate patient care and communicate appropriately with the interdisciplinary care team. Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation. On-Call Requirement Rotating on-call responsibility with other RNs. Approximately 1 week per month . Mileage Mileage is reimbursed between patient visits , from the first patient to the last patient. Required Qualifications Current Ohio RN License or Compact RN License . Home Health experience is required. Strong clinical assessment and documentation skills. Ability to work independently in patients' homes. Preferred Qualifications OASIS experience Wound care experience Wound VAC experience PICC line experience Dress Code Grey scrubs Grey, black, or white jacket permitted

Pay Details:
