Qualifications Education Qualifications Other Accredited Program Diploma in Nursing Required or (ADN) Associate's Degree in Nursing Required (BSN) Bachelor's Degree in Nursing Preferred Other Accredited Program Diploma in Nursing Required or (ADN) Associate's Degree in Nursing Required or (MSN) Master's Degree in Nursing Preferred Skills and Abilities Knowledge of nursing process and practice. (Required proficiency) Uses a wide variety of technical equipment to meet patient needs and prescribed clinical therapies (ie. stethoscopes, thermometers, sphygmomanometers and electronic monitoring devices. (Required proficiency) Licenses and Certifications Registered Nurse (RN) in the State of Ohio Upon Hire Required and Basic Life Support (BLS) Upon Hire Required Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) Adult and Pediatric Advanced Life Support may be required based on clinical area standards. in the State of Ohio Upon Hire Required and Upon Hire Required Adult and Pediatric Advanced Life Support may be required based on clinical area standards.
