Required qualifications include a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or Associate's degree, current Registered Nurse (RN) license, experience in labor and delivery or maternal-child nursing, and certifications such as Inpatient Obstetric Nursing (RNC-OB), Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP), and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS). Proficiency in electronic medical record (EMR) systems and strong communication skills are essential.
