Job Description

Hospice Liaison - Hamilton, OH Queen City Hospice Queen City Hospice is seeking a driven, high-impact Hospice Liaison to grow our presence in Hamilton, OH. We're looking for a results-oriented sales professional with experience in hospice, home health, or healthcare marketing who knows how to build relationships and generate referrals. In this role, you will take ownership of your territory, developing strong referral partnerships, increasing census, and positioning Queen City Hospice as the provider of choice. This is a field-based role for someone who thrives on accountability, visibility, and winning new business.
Location:
In the assigned market (Hamilton, OH 45013 and surrounding).

Coordinates and facilitates referrals to Hospice care based on Hospice admission criteria Assist in the information gathering, education, and form completion aspects of patient intake, admissions, and transition to home Develop a consultative relationship, in assigned accounts by making effective customer contacts and presentations Develop and implement marketing and education programs to increase awareness of company
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in marketing, business administration, or other related fields is preferred. Acceptable combination of experience and/or training may be considered in lieu of formal education. Minimum of one year of professional sales experience preferred. Experience in the hospice and health care industry a plus. Demonstrates good verbal and written communication, and organization skills. Valid driver's license with an automobile that is insured in accordance with state requirements. Strong customer service skills and ability to keep good relationships with customers, co-workers, and other business partners.
