Night Shift 3x12 Hours Job Overview "Navitas Healthcare, LLC" is seeking an experienced RN Float Pool nurse to provide patient care across multiple hospital units in a fast-paced environment. The RN will collaborate with patients, families, and healthcare teams to deliver safe and effective care. Responsibilities Perform patient assessments and develop care plans Monitor patient conditions and report changes Administer medications and treatments Coordinate patient care and discharge planning Educate patients and families on treatment plans Maintain accurate EMR documentation Respond to emergencies and maintain patient safety Use effective communication methods including SBAR Requirements Active RN License required BLS Certification required Nursing Diploma required BSN preferred Acute care experience required Strong communication and teamwork skills Float Pool experience preferred For more details contact at hdavda@navitashealth.com or Call / Text at 516-862-1169.
