Job Description Overview At Community First Solutions , our care teams focus on the person—not just the task. As a Resident Assistant you will provide direct, person-centered care to residents by assisting with daily activities that support their physical, emotional, and social well-being. From helping with personal care to offering companionship, you'll play a vital role in fostering dignity, independence, and belonging for those we serve. Benefits & Perks • Work only ONE out of every THIRD weekend, instead of every other weekend • Higher wage scale Location Westover - 855 Stahlheber Rd, Hamilton, OH 45013 Schedule Part Time, Day Shift ( 6:30 am to 7:00 pm, two shifts per week) Every Third Weekend Rotation Pay Starting at $16.00/hour
