9650771-43026 Job Description Experience the opportunity to make a significant impact by providing dedicated care as a part-time nurse to a medically fragile student. This contract role near Hilliard, OH, offers a meaningful one-on-one assignment where your expertise helps ensure a safe, supportive school experience for a student in need. As the students nurse, youll accompany them throughout their dayincluding riding to and from school each daywhile closely monitoring and supporting their medical needs. This position involves caring for a student who utilizes a tracheostomy, ventilator, and G-tube, so skilled, compassionate, and vigilant care is essential.

Qualifications & Experience:

Active RN license required (highly experienced LPN/LVN candidates will also be considered) Recent hands-on experience with tracheostomy, ventilator, and G-tube care Background in pediatric, school nursing, or 1:1 care preferred CPR certification and up-to-date health clearances Excellent communication and organization skills Ability to maintain confidentiality and provide family-centered care

Responsibilities:

Deliver attentive 1:1 nursing care throughout the school day and during transportation Monitor and respond quickly to changing medical needs and emergencies Administer and manage medications, feedings, and respiratory treatments as ordered Collaborate effectively with family members, educators, and other school staff Document assessments, observations, interventions, and progress accurately and promptly Foster a nurturing, inclusive, and safe environment for the student This is a unique opportunity to truly make a difference in a student's daily life by providing the medical care and support they need to thrive at school.
