Job Description

Category Nursing - RN-ICU Job Type Contract Deliver exceptional critical care as a Registered Nurse specializing in Intensive Care Unit (ICU) nursing. This position offers a dynamic environment where expertise, compassion, and top clinical skills are highly valued. As an RN in the ICU, you will have the opportunity to collaborate with a multidisciplinary team committed to providing the highest standard of care to critically ill patients.
Qualifications & Experience:
Active, unrestricted RN license Proven experience providing care in an ICU or critical care setting Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) and Basic Life Support (BLS) certifications Strong assessment, problem-solving, and clinical decision-making abilities Ability to remain composed and focused in high-pressure situations Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for patient and family interaction
Responsibilities:
Deliver direct patient care to the most acutely ill patients, administering medications, monitoring vitals, and managing life-support equipment Collaborate closely with physicians and care teams to create, implement, and adapt patient care plans Accurately document all interventions, changes in patient status, and care activities in compliance with regulatory standards Provide education, support, and reassurance to both patients and their families regarding treatments, procedures, and ICU protocols Uphold and continually reinforce infection control, safety, and quality improvement procedures Respond promptly to rapidly evolving patient needs, including emergency situations This contract role gives you the chance to make a meaningful impact in a supportive, fast-paced ICU environment, applying your clinical talents where they matter most.
