Travel assignment (details provided during interview)
Key Qualifications:
Current RN license, eligible to practice in Ohio Minimum of 1-2 years of recent experience in a Cath Lab or comparable acute care setting BLS and ACLS certifications required Strong skills in pre/post procedural patient care Proficient in managing vascular access and device implant sites (radial, femoral, IJ, device pockets) Experience administering medications and assisting with cardioversions highly preferred Exceptional communication skills and the ability to provide thorough discharge education
Primary Responsibilities:
Complete comprehensive pre-procedure assessments for cath lab and electrophysiology patients Monitor patients' vital signs and ECGs throughout procedures Administer prescribed medications safely and accurately Assist with management of vascular access and cardiac device implant sites Support cardioversion procedures as needed Guide patients and families during post-procedure discharge, providing clear education on recovery and follow-up
