1 Description American Traveler is hiring an experienced RN for a Labor & Delivery/OB unit requiring an active OH or Compact RN license and prior travel assignment experience. Details Labor & Delivery/OB unit within a hospital setting Varied 12-hour shifts (3P-3A and 3A-3P), with day or night only schedules also considered Every 3rd weekend required No on-call requirements Requirements Active OH or Compact RN license required Current BLS and ACLS certification (AHA) Current Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certification Current

certification Current Fetal Heart Monitoring (FHM) certification 2+ years of OB experience required Must have completed at least one prior travel assignment Ability to function as a 1st assist and scrub for OB cases highly preferred Skills checklist pertinent to OB/GYN specialty, current within 1 year, required for consideration Additional Information Responsible for assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care using age-specific criteria Assists in planning, directing, and teaching non-RN staff such as LPNs, PCTs, and unit secretaries Must demonstrate flexibility with work schedule changes Local candidates within a 45-mile radius are considered local travelers and receive a reduced travel rate No more than 5 days of RTO can be requested
