Duration of Contract:

Order of Importance:
Provides patient care as directed: administers medication (e.g., oral intramuscular & intravenous) & monitors patient medication compliance; performs treatments; performs or assist with nurse's sick call; assist with doctor's sick call; performs or assist with nursing management of chronic care clinics; responds to emergencies providing emergency care & cardiopulmonary resuscitation; performs subjective & objective assessment of patients; collects vital signs & timely documents all findings; collects urine &/or other bodily fluid specimens; prepares patients for release or transfer to other facilities (e.g., intrasystem or out to court) by reviewing patient care, transfer summaries or release summaries; ensures discharge medication orders are completed & timely forwarded to pharmacy services; participates in work-related training & institution training exercises.
